Terms & Policies

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, Texas Size Bling is unable to accept returns or exchanges. Orders which are not personalized or customized (including rhinestone color choices, personalization, birthday number selections, initial choices, and other customizations) may be authorized to be returned for store credit if return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless an error in personalization was made by Texas Size Bling, in which case we will reimburse customer's shipping cost for the return, and provide customer with a replacement of the product, exactly as originally ordered. 

Please check all personalization carefully prior to submitting your order; personalization will appear exactly as you have entered it, including any capitalization and punctuation. Texas Size Bling cannot offer returns or exchanges on personalized products due to typos or other customer input errors.

In the event that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, Texas Size Bling must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail at Lisa@TexasSizeBling.com. Notifying Texas Size Bling in any other way (ie. Facebook message, phone call, etc.) will not be considered as proper notification.  All items must be returned for our inspection before an identical replacement product can be sent. If we confirm that the product is defective, or that a mistake was made by Texas Size Bling in personalization, we will reimburse customer's shipping cost for the return, and provide customer with a replacement of the product, exactly as originally ordered. Should we determine that the product is not defective or that the error in personalization was not made by Texas Size Bling, the cost of shipping the product to and from Texas Size Bling will be the customer's responsibility.

Items approved for return must be in original, unused condition and must be received by Texas Size Bling within ten (10) business days. Original condition includes but is not limited to: Pet stains, pet hair, odors of any kind including food, pet or smoke. Item must be free of rips, tears and be in perfect, unworn condition. Items must be packed carefully to avoid damage to the product during transit- permanent wrinkles or creases in the garment are unacceptable. If product comes with a tag, tag must be attached to the item. Determination if a return meets these criteria is left strictly to the discretion of Texas Size Bling. Returned items not meeting the criteria will be refused and sent back to the original purchaser. This is to protect us from returns that are purchased for a special event or photography session and then returned. Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. Texas Size Bling will not reimburse shipping charges that exceed that of USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Cancellation of Orders Not Yet Shipped

Items approved for cancellation will include one or more of the following charges based on the product ordered:

                    return fee of 10% of the item purchase price for Texas Size Bling items stocked in our retail store

                    return fee of 25% of the item purchase price when a non-stock shirt style was ordered for the customer

                    return fee of 50% of the item purchase price when custom images have been drawn by our art department

Discounts and Price Adjustments

Our retail prices are non-negotiable. We frequently offer special discounts via our Facebook page, and our newsletter; please like us on Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter to receive all the latest updates regarding any special promotions! We are unable to offer discounts on an individual basis in order to keep our pricing fair for all of our valued customers and retailers.

Bulk pricing and group discounts are available for orders of 12 or more of the same rhinestone design; please contact us for more information.

Due to the unique custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer price adjustments or apply discount codes after an order has been placed. Please be sure to enter any discount codes at the time of your order.

Shipping

Please be sure to note the availability of your shirt style, color & size by checking our availability page. This page includes which items are currently in stock and which items will need to be ordered.  This page is updated as regularly as possible and is an estimate only.  In the event of a deadline, we advise selecting a style & color that is in stock.

We offer shipping to addresses within the United States and Canada only. All shipments are made via the US Postal Service, and all shipments to Canada are sent via International Priority Mail or International Express Mail.

At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows us to track the status of your package after it has left our offices, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the US Postal Service has confirmed that your order has been delivered, Texas Size Bling and our partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. Texas Size Bling is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the US Postal Service and are beyond our control. The Postal Service only guarantees a specific delivery date when Express Mail is selected; other shipping methods provide an estimated delivery date but are not guaranteed.

Other Miscellaneous Policies

Exclusivity of custom designs is made at the discretion of Texas Size Bling.  If our artists design an image for you, the item is not guaranteed to be exclusive unless this has been arranged PRIOR to beginning the artwork process.  Additionally, 12 or more units must be purchased within 3 months of finalization in order to keep the design exclusive.  If you wish to have an exclusive design made for you, please e-mail Lisa@TexasSizeBling.com to verify discuss prior to beginning your order.

Rush orders are subject to a $10 per item rush fee and increased shipping charges. Please discuss the details of this PRIOR to placing your order. Rush fees do not always apply.

Production times may vary and we do our best to give an expected date of shipment upon request. Unless otherwise stated, this is an ESTIMATE only. If you have a date your item is needed for, please notify us at the time your order is placed.  Many shirt styles are kept in stock but others are not.  Texas Size Bling is not liable for deadlines if the customer does not verify with Texas Size Bling via phone call or e-mail. 

Returned checks or chargebacks will be subject to a $45 fee. If this happens after your item has left our facility, we will consider this "Theft of Service" and proceed (legally) as necessary.  Texas Size Bling will not negotiate chargebacks with any person or company. Charge backs are NEVER an acceptable means of obtaining a refund. To request a chargeback on your credit card for a valid transaction is considered fraud. Fraudulent credit card chargebacks will be aggressively prosecuted and reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. Should a chargeback be filed against Texas Size Bling, we will not hesitate to proceed with collection and legal action to recover funds.  Regardless of the reason for the chargeback, whether accidental, unintential or made by another person, the $45 fee will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Occasionally, our vendors may have a shortage of stock in a particular size or color.  We reserve the right to substitute another brand of like color, cut and style.  We ONLY exercise this right when we are confident that the products are nearly identical.  In the event we cannot make a direct substitution, we will notify you to discuss alternatives.  If you prefer a certain brand, cut or style and would be unhappy with a substituted item, you must notify us when ordering.  Unfortunately, we aren't able to keep track of individual preferences.
